Wil this replace my existing HR or HRIS systems?

Our solution is designed to work in conjunction with your existing HR systems. It will use data from your existing HR systems to provide analytical insights based on AI, predictive analytics, text mining and machine learning.

Who will use this solution in my organization?

This solution is designed to be used by HR Managers and Executives responsible for People or Workforce Analytics, Workforce planning, management and support.

Will this work with my existing HRIS system?

We will connect to the data from your existing HRIS system. We will also integrate data from all relevant HR sources in order to get a 360 view of your workforce.

We have multiple HR systems that will need to be accessed for data. How is that handled?

Our solution integrates all your relevant HR and Operational data sources in order to get a 360 view of your workforce. We also blend with external data to further enhance the insights.

What does my firm need to do in order to deploy this solution?

We will engage with your firm to review the data sources we have to connect to. We will also provide a dictionary of data elements that are needed for analytics and will understand where the data resides in your systems. We will analyze data quality and discuss any questions, issues and remediations for quality. We will then deploy the solution either on your premises, or on the cloud. The level of involvement of your IT department will depend on your IT governance policies.

What does my firm need to do in order to deploy this solution?

We will engage with your firm to review and finalize requirements and customize any features based on your specific needs. We will then deploy the solution either on your premises, or on the cloud. The level of involvement of your IT department will depend on the specific customization requirements that you may have.

We want our data to stay within our company’s data centers. Does your solution support that?

Yes. Our solution can be deployed in your company’s data center, and inside your corporate firewalls.

We do not have internal IT to deploy and manage this solution.

Can the dashboards be accessed from Mobile devices?

Yes. We support standard Windows®, Android and IOS® devices as well as Windows and Mac desktops and laptops.

What type of ongoing support do you provide?

Our solution includes both usage support as well as model support on an ongoing basis. We also monitor model performance on an ongoing basis, and will update models to maintain performance and accuracy. Periodically, we will work with you to update and refresh the analytical models based on changes in your data. The frequency of these refreshes will depend on the nature of your data.
