SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

The Pegasus “Six” MethodologySM enables us to provide CM solutions tailored to the unique business needs of our clients.  By implementing some or all phases of this methodology we can deliver and deploy an end-to-end CM solution; or we can lend our expertise only to specific activities: e.g. build of a Proof-of-Concept prototype, or provide a Process Assessment.

Within the CM practice we offer the following capabilities:

CM Process Assessment:  The goal of this activity is to assess the maturity of the CM process, tools, infrastructure and methodology in meeting client business objectives. 

CM Process Reengineering and Deployment:  We can reengineer your existing CM process using your existing toolset, or enhance it further through tool migration, automation and integration with change management products. We specialize in best-of-breed methodologies like the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Capability Maturity Model (CMM). 

CM Tool Selection & Integration:  We provide custom integrations of your SCM toolset with complementary toolsets for test management, CRM, and web content management. We also develop custom menu-driven visual tools for automating routine CM operations.

Web Content Management:  We specify architecture and define workflows among your organizations in deploying a Content Management System (CMS) to streamline web content production, publishing, and distribution.

Application Lifecycle Management:  Key capabilities in this area include architecture specification, workflow specification, build automation, disaster planning and recovery, and production deployment strategy planning.

CM Environment Management & Support:  Key capabilities in this area include team-based solutions to build and release coordination, CM help desk administration, and mission-critical applications deployment.

CM Tool Administration and Support:  Our value-add services include ongoing support of the best-of-breed CM toolsets including Rational ClearCase, Merant, StarBase, and Serena ChangeMan.

Web Content Management:  We provide ongoing support of the best-of-breed CMS toolsets including Vignette, Broadvision, Starbase, Documentum, and Interwoven.

Defect Management:  Our strong change management expertise can be leveraged to manage problem, defect, and incident resolution throughout the enterprise using tools like ClearQuest, Vantive, and Remedy.

Service delivery is managed by experienced Engagement Managers, who serve as the single-point of contact for client’s management.  Depending on the client needs, the Engagement Managers may be located onsite.  The service delivery team typically includes a technical lead, and is tailored to the specific needs of the client.  Services can be onsite or offsite providing up to 24x7 coverage.
