We are proud of our staff’s accomplishments in the various facets of database technologies.  Many of our consultants have over 10 years relevant experience at Fortune 100 companies.  Our staff includes certified DBAs, database developers, and QA specialists.

MANAGED OPERATIONAL SERVICES

The innovative Pegasus Insourcing MethodologySM can be applied to provide role-based managed operational support services to our clients. A consistently high quality of service delivery is guaranteed through Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and regular reports that track key performance metrics.

Applying this methodology to our Database Technologies practice we provide services to support your application development and deployment:

Database Administration, Monitoring and Production Support:  Our database expertise can be leveraged to administer, support and monitor database backends on an ongoing basis.

Application Production Support:  We can provide personnel to provide ongoing help desk support for Enterprise Applications, including logging problems, resolution of issues, and creation of FAQs.

Service delivery is managed by experienced Engagement Managers, who serve as the single-point of contact for client’s management.  Depending on the client needs, the Engagement Managers may be located onsite.  The service delivery team typically includes a technical lead, and is tailored to the specific needs of the client.  Services can be onsite or offsite providing up to 24x7 coverage.
